We have introduced two new services dedicated to managing machine downtime and urgent situations: fast delivery and pick and ship. These services have been developed to provide our customers with quick solutions and minimize machine downtime.

Fast delivery: provides complete replacement units ready in 48-72 hours, ensuring operational continuity in the most critical situations.

Pick and ship: allows the shipment of spare parts within 24 hours for our standard product line, ensuring rapid availability of the necessary components, anywhere in the world.

Both services are available on rossi.com in the new Rossi 360+ service suite and are designed to support customers during the most delicate phases of their operations, where time is a crucial factor.
